Belvedere, North Sydney
Belvedere is a 22 storey residential tower in the heart of North Sydney which commands uninterrupted views of Sydney Harbour. Apartments number almost 200 and range from 1 to 3 bedrooms with a palatial common pool and outdoor entertaining area on the roof as well as commercial spaces, gardens and a restaurant on the ground floor. Ample parking is also available in the 5 storey basement car park cut into the sandstone hill side. It is poised to benefit from the upturn in residential unit sales and the tight residential market in the area. The structure consists of concrete columns and post tensioned floors with concrete party walls as the lateral structure. Where possible precast concrete has been used to accelerate the program and reduce the onsite personnel requirements.
