Pemulwuy Community
The Pemulwuy Community facilities form the centerpiece of the new suburb Pemulwuy in South West Sydney on the Holroyd City Council area. The community facilities consist of two buildings with one providing a long day care centre and out of school hours centre and the other a community centre and youth annex. Enstruct's commission for the project commenced with concept design of the community facilities and ran through to construction documentation and supervision. The structure for each of the buildings is quite different with the Community Centre building consisting of primarily reinforced masonry vertical structure and steel roof structure and the Day Care Building being steel framed with light weight cladding.
