Adina Pilgrim
The Pilgrim church site in the Adelaide CBD involves the retention of the historic church building and the construction of a 26 storey mixed use facility providing serviced apartments, commercial office space and additional functional space for the Pilgrim Church. enstruct has undertaken the concept design phase of the project through to DA submission and schematic design. Given the constrained nature of the site, abutting historic buildings and challenging Adelaide ground conditions significant analysis and consideration of basement construction systems has been undertaken. The commercial office plates of the building have a long span cantilever structure to allow the building to utilize the air rights above existing buildings on the site.
