A purpose built office warehouse and car park for a medical manufacturing company. The integrated fit out has significantly reduced the cost of structural upgrades that occur when a base building design is required to suit a specialist manufacturers requirements.Enstruct completed the project from Concept/DA stage through to the production of D&C tender drawings. The successful tenderer then engaged our services (both civil and structural) to complete the design and carry out construction phase services.The use of blade columns in the car park below the warehouse level enabled a reduction in grid spacing reducing the span of the warehouse structure and in turn reducing the overall thickness of the floor plate.
