Perched high on the hill at St Leonards this site takes in expansive views back to the Sydney CBD.  This 16 storey office building has six basement carpark levels and boast 30,000 sqm of NLA.The building is currently in planning phase and is awaiting the securing of an anchor tenant.An eccentric core has been placed in the north end of the building allowing generous contiguous floor plates.  A braced frame to southern fa├žade prevents the building from twisting while maintaining views and tenant flexibility.  A thin post tensioned banded slab system has been adopted for the floor plates notched for services reticulation to give a good balance between economy, servicing flexibility and reduced ceiling voids.
