Beauty Point House
A major renovation to an existing dwelling where essentially only the back wall of the house remained allowing for complete planning freedom to create this architectural masterpiece. The block sits high on the northern part of the Mosman Peninsular and commands uninterrupted views to Middle Harbour. A three storey split level residence was designed using concrete floors to create open plan living areas with an integrated pool and outdoor entertaining area. The structure was minimized wherever possible to allow the captivating views to be maintained from all the living areas while the high ceilings created an outstanding sense of light and space.
