Clayton Utz
When Clayton Utz entered an agreement for lease with Dexus, they became the anchor tenant for the 1 Bligh St development occupying Levels 1 to 15 of the building. The fit-out of the legal workspace was an integrated fit-out undertaken during base building construction, which was carefully designed to complement the base building in this landmark Sydney commercial building. enstruct was commissioned for the duration of the project, providing input on conceptual designs through to final design and construction. The fit-out involved modification the base building design for several floors to accommodate an inter-floor stair between Levels 14 to 15, increasing floor loadings in a number of areas. Being the structural engineer for base building, enstruct was able to provide structural design input readily and efficiently.
