Frasers Broadway

Client: Frasers Greencliff
Architect: Nouvel / Foster

Since 1835 this precinct has housed Sydney's major brewery, and is now being redeveloped to accommodate some 250,000 square metres of residential and commercial floor space. Furthermore, a number of historical in ground services were retained, including a brick ovi form drain which crosses the site from east to west. enstruct were commissioned to assist with site demolition, remediation and bulk excavation stages.
