Salvado Residence
Situated in an old beachside suburb of Perth this private residence makes for a good neighbour by virtue of it's perfect scale and proportions. From the street it appears as a glass box delicately set upon a stone base which conceals the garage.
enstruct worked closely with the architects on this single floor open plan home to create an elegant and cost effective structure that would serve as Mr Bates' parents private residence.
This house received Marshall Clifton award for Residential Architecture at the Institute of Architects Annual Awards in WA.
