Trio, Camperdown
The development comprises three residential towers of eleven, fourteen and seventeen storeys with a total of four hundred and three apartments. enstruct were commissioned as the structural engineers for the project and worked closely with the architect and other consultants to ensure that the high-end requirements of Frasers Property were met. Of particular challenge was the utilisation of load-bearing pre-cast walls throughout the residential towers and the multi-storey transfer structure required to transition from pre-cast walls in the residential levels into the column grid in the below-ground carpark.
