To fulfill Stockland's risk management strategy, enstruct was engaged to carry out a peer review of the structural design for this six storey office building. Our early involvement allowed us to productively input into the design and construction of the columns, foundations, floor plates and transfer beams. By the completion of the project the "value add" of enstruct's involvement was clear to see and this has cemented our close working relationship with our client as they can readily appreciated the benefits of our service. enstruct worked closely with all parties including the client, builder, architect, project manager, engineer and post tensioning contractor to ensure the building was built to the appropriate standards and quality.
