321 Kent Street, Sydney
321 Kent Street has been transformed from a predominantly single tenant building to a multi tenant address. At the building level there have been significant upgrade works to the lobby and building entrance. Various modifications and upgrades to the building's structure where completed floor by floor depending on each tenants fit out and function. As a prelude to providing this advice to the tenants, Enstruct was commissioned to carry out a structural audit of the building by determining its capacity. This placed Enstruct in position to comment on the viability of the building's upgrade. The refurbishment required significant site attendance to confirm assumptions made regarding the existing structure.
