In the spirit of reconciliation, enstruct acknowledges the Traditional Custodians across all of the lands on which we work and their connections to the land, sea and community. We pay our respect to Elders past and present and extend that respect to all First Nations peoples today.
St Gerards is a private primary school in the northern suburbs of Sydney. The building works included a new two stories high classroom building made column free internally with the use of a PT floor plate and perimeter supporting frames. This is attached to a new ground level library founded on Class M soils. In addition, a new administration unit was constructed to house the commercial and management teams at the school. A simple and efficient structural solution was adopted based upon raft foundations, load bearing studwork and a lightweight steel roof
