To service the increasingly dynamic office market west of the CBD, Winten Property constructed a unique new office building. The modular office concept caters to both the large and small businesses clustering in the area. Our involvement in the project spanned from the first planning meetings to practical completion, initially working closely with client and architect to achieve planning outcomes and with the contractor to ensure delivery to budget and programme. After initially completing extensive studies in reinforced concrete, exposed precast concrete and PT floor systems were adopted. This solution maximises the ability to construct suitable service designs in a tight floor to floor space, without reducing utility for the owners.
