Having purchased the development from Suncorp Metway, ABN AMRO have managed the project through detailed design and construction of both the base building and the fit out. The project occupies the entire city block and in addition to the office tower includes a library and retail at podium and extensive below ground car parking. enstruct was commissioned by ABN AMRO to provide specialist high rise design experience throughout both design development and construction, playing a key role in analysing and developing the lateral structure. A feature of the building is its mega frame located at one end of the seventy metre long floor plate to counter the offset location of the building's core at the other end.
