Patrick Shephard
With over a decade of experience, Patrick plays a pivotal role at enstruct, having opened our Melbourne office in 2017 and more recently emerging as New Business Manager. Patrick has secured and delivered major commissions with Dexus, GPT, Lend Lease, Roberts Co, AirTrunk, Frasers and Winten. His success in that role is based on a strong skillset in business / project management, structural design and construction as well as his connections into the Sydney and Melbourne property industry. His lead role on landmark projects such as 2 Melbourne Quarter, 1 Denison St and Midtown Macquarie Park is underpinned by an intelligent and rigorous technical agenda, as well as a holistic approach to delivering major building projects for key clients.
