CTBUH Winners

Following on from our previous article, two of enstruct's projects have won awards in the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH)'s 2021 Tall+Urban Innovation Conference.

1 Bligh Street has been named as the 10 Year, overall category winner. Known for its distinct, elliptical floorplate, this tower has continued to be acknowledged for its innovative design such as its doubled-skin fa├žade, long-span floor structure and radial post-tensioned beams.

The overall winner in the Innovation Category was awarded to 100 Mount Street, North Sydney (Baker Brace). Recognised for its unique mega-brace, this 38 storey tower features an offset core and a large contiguous column free plan resulting in a contemporary commercial tower.
