1 Denison Opens
The first tenants have begun to occupy 1 Denison Street, North Sydney, a new commercial office tower with ground floor retail, restaurants, bars, cafes and a revitalised street scape. The building which will eventually house more than 6000 workers consists of 38 storeys above ground and 5 basement levels with an inclined northern façade.
enstruct has been privileged to be engaged on the project from concept phase to develop the building form through to design, continuing to full design/documentation and construction phase.
