Another Win for 105 PS
105 Phillip Street, Parramatta taken out another win at the 2019 UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence for Excellence in Commercial Development held on 2 August 2019.
Providing structural and civil engineering, enstruct were a key member of the project team in delivering this 12 storey building which was designed in close collaboration with the anchor tenant to provide a contemporary, flexible workplace.
The development is an example of seamlessly collaborating work and community space as well as setting a benchmark in sustainable design.
