Harbord Diggers Club has won the Mixed Use Development of the Year Award at the recent 2018 Urban Developer Awards.
The Urban Developer Awards celebrate the achievements, success and leadership within the industry, through acknowledging projects that are positively shaping our cities.
The $200 million redevelopment in Freshwater is the first of its kind, gaining over 20,000 new memberships within the first two months of its reopening. This intergenerational precinct serves as an important community hub, catering to the public through as a childcare, seniors living, fitness and entertainment facility.
