enstruct Retreat
Thirty five staff members attended a three day retreat in Bowral to debate and shape the firm's strategic and business plans.
The retreat kicked off with an update on the shape of the business by Managing Director Ross Clarke, a highlight being the growth of the Melbourne office.
The format for the four working sessions involved presentation of position papers on key topics by individual staff members followed by group workshopping and debate. The retreat heard from the next generation of leaders in the firm, articulating new initiatives and aspirations.
A key theme of discussion was that our firm should focus on people, those who we work with and those who we work for.
The 5 year horizon continues the controlled expansion of the firm from a tier one / 80 person practice with a strong record in the Sydney market, to achieving a similar status on the eastern seaboard with offices in Melbourne and Brisbane.
