In the spirit of reconciliation, enstruct acknowledges the Traditional Custodians across all of the lands on which we work and their connections to the land, sea and community. We pay our respect to Elders past and present and extend that respect to all First Nations peoples today.
On Monday, 26 February the topping-out celebration for Building 1 at ATP was held on site, signalling the completion of major structural works for 42,500sqm of A-grade commercial office space being delivered by Mirvac. Structural works include long span post-tensioned slabs and beams for over 5,500sqm of floor plate per level, long span steel framing modules across the central atrium, architectural feature stairs and lifts in the central atrium, and major structural steel feature bridge trusses spanning the atrium and supporting over 2500sqm of floor area.
enstruct has been involved with this project from the earliest concept designs through detailed design and now final construction of the first building, with works on Building 2 well underway. The significance of this building and precinct as a destination for work, diverse retail and the community was acknowledged by the Hon. Anthony Roberts MP, Minister for Planning who officiated the topping out ceremony.
Works on Building 1 are expected to be completed by mid-2019.
