The construction of this 27 storey luxury hotel tower is underway with the demolition of the existing building currently in progress. After demolition the site will be excavated further to allow for three levels below ground.
Demolition, excavation completion and hand-over of the site to Toga Construction is scheduled for October 2017. The final structure will rise 90 metres above George Street and is due for completion in 2019.
