In the spirit of reconciliation, enstruct acknowledges the Traditional Custodians across all of the lands on which we work and their connections to the land, sea and community. We pay our respect to Elders past and present and extend that respect to all First Nations peoples today.
Senior management were joined by some twenty senior staff members at a three day retreat in the Blue Mountains to debate and shape the firm's strategic and business plans. The working sessions addressed the fundamentals of the firm: mission, vision and culture, as well as setting out a course forward via the strategic plan which established one, five and ten year goals. The course chosen was the controlled expansion of the firm from a tier one / 70 person practice with a strong 16 year record in the Sydney market, to achieving a similar status on the eastern seaboard with offices in Melbourne and Brisbane. This plan being underpinned by maintaining the wellbeing and capacity of our people and the strong relationships they have with our clients.
