In the spirit of reconciliation, enstruct acknowledges the Traditional Custodians across all of the lands on which we work and their connections to the land, sea and community. We pay our respect to Elders past and present and extend that respect to all First Nations peoples today.
The structure of the 333 George St office building has topped out. Enstruct has been involved with the project since 2011, starting with the early concepts for redeveloping the site. Given the location of the new tower at the intersection of George Street and Martin Place, the building owner Charter Hall and the state government minister for transport Andrew Constance were very positive about the contribution of the development to the Sydney CBD. The terraced levels over the top six levels, which involve a number of large transfer structures, was highlighted as an attractive feature to the future tenants, providing views over Martin Place from the internal office areas and the external terraces.
