DEXUS Acquires Mount St
DEXUS has announced their purchase of the 100 Mount Street development in North Sydney and Laing O'Rourke have been awarded the D&C contract to build this 41,163sqm premium office tower.
Construction of this $450m development will commence in July 2016 with a practical completion target at the end of 2018. The 35 storey high office tower sits above a 6 level basement and will target 5 star Green Star and 5 star NABERS Energy ratings.
enstruct has been collaborating with SOM delivering structural engineering services for the project which will see enstruct become the engineers' of record for this landmark tower.
