80 Arthur Street North Sydney a 30 storey serviced apartment development is well underway with the basement levels complete as well as level 1, 2 with level 3 just being poured. The level 10 and level 11 core walls within the double height jump-form are being poured in the coming days. Level 4 transfer trusses will be installed with the first of the typical floor plates to be completed in the next coming week. With construction nearing the typical floors plates, the innovative structural steel frame construction speed will be fully realised as it aims to catch up to the double height jump-form.
