Harbord Diggers DA
enstruct congratulates The Mounties Group on achieving planning approval for the iconic redevelopment of the Harbord Diggers with the Development Application being approved by the Joint Regional Planning Panel and Warringah Council.
enstruct and the project team are now moving forward with detailed design and documentation of the project with construction works expected to commence on site in mid 2015. This exciting development will reinvigorate the historic Harbord Diggers providing a new modern club facility, extensive community facilities, 97 high quality seniors independent living apartments and significant car parking. The development has been carefully planned and designed to fit seamlessly into it's surroundings and respects the iconic headland while providing world class facilities for all members of the community.
