In the spirit of reconciliation, enstruct acknowledges the Traditional Custodians across all of the lands on which we work and their connections to the land, sea and community. We pay our respect to Elders past and present and extend that respect to all First Nations peoples today.
enstruct has been a part of the winning design team for the 130 Elizabeth St Design Competition. This landmark building consists of 150 high-end apartments with magnificent views across Sydney's Hyde park from the 140 meter high tower. The structural design was complicated by the corner location of the site which is adjacent to rail and service tunnels running under Liverpool St and Elizabeth St. The ground floor of 130 Elizabeth St will also host a new connection to Museum Station. enstruct proposed a unique and efficient lateral structural systems which maximised net lettable area and the integration of vertical support between the apartments was key to the success of the project.
