80 Arthur St Demolition
Demolition of the existing building has commenced on site. Demolition works are expected to be completed in approximately 10 weeks which will then allow the basement excavation to commence. The building structure consists of an innovative steel framed floor system developed by enstruct that will see the first use of a system of this nature in Australia for residential construction. The floor system developed for the project offers significant cost and program benefits while also minimising construction personnel numbers and deliveries required to site which is of great benefit to this constrained site within the North Sydney CBD.
