121 Crown's Excellent Win
At the 2013 New South Wales Master Builders Association Excellence awards 121 Crown Street has won an award for excellence in construction.
The new facility for the Skin and Cancer Foundation Australia involved modification and refurbishment of the old Hard Rock Café into a 3 storey medical facility with a NSW Health licensed Day Surgery, specialist clinics, laser therapy suites, consulting suites, offices, a pathology laboratory and also the provision of retail outlets on the ground floor.
