Kempsey Early Works
The $80M redevelopment of Kempsey District hospital is now underway and is due for completion in 2016. The early works package involves the installation of new site infrastructure that will support the new and existing campus buildings. Construction works include installation of utilities and medical gases, a new access road and services compound as well as new staff car parking. As the lead consultant, enstruct's civil engineers have been involved in designing and supervising bulk earthworks, access road construction, coordinating the services compound configuration and buried services installation. Enstruct have developed a close working relationship with both the design team and local contractor Lahey's with support from Johnstaff project management and Health Infrastructure.
