Pitt Street Mall Upgrade

A novel lighting system will be used to provide both statutory and effect lighting along the Pitt Street Mall. A series of 300 mm diameter tubes, some 3.5 metres high and containing strips of LED's will be suspended some seven metres above the mall. A minimalist flat cable structure has been developed, with the result that the illuminated tubes will apparently hover unsupported along the mall.
