iC Enterprise 1 Underway
The Innovation Campus is an exciting addition to the University of Wollongong. Situated to the east of the main campus adjacent to the Pacific Ocean, the Innovation Campus contains a growing number of new buildings. Their architecture reflecting the hi tech / scientific occupations of their tenants. The coastal precinct is characterized by elegant buildings situated on expansive sites, bounded by grassed planes and lakes.
Enterprise One, whose structure will top out in September 2010, is a four storey commercial office building. The building typical floor contains two parallel plates separated by a full height atrium.
The building is substantially let, with BHP as one of the main tenants.
