Ivy Wins Award
After a state wide search the jury from the Royal, Australian, Institute of Architects (RAIA) has awarded Ivy with two prestigious awards, the Lloyd Rees Award for Urban Design and an award for commercial Architecture.
An article in the the RAIA's publication of the "Architecture bulletin" discusses each award winner and praises IVY for an "exuberant, urban, indoor outdoor beach club that dissolves away the hermetic, glass walls of the CBD" while also expressing their fondness for the use of the surrounds and historical facades.
