30.06.2008
Client: Baulderstone
Architect: HPI

Construction is underway on this state of the art Hospital complex.  It will house the first Gamma Knife facility in Australia and also has three Radiotherapy bunkers situated deep in the basement of the building surrounded by concrete up to 2000mm thick.  Although the basements contain quite unusual structure the upper floors are a conventional post-tensioned banded slab system utilising permanent steel formwork.
